What currency are the prices I see on the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

Average shipping times are 5-7 business days, excluding holidays.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary. On average most orders are received within a week of being shipped.

 

What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns. If you have trouble with your order you may contact us and we will try to assist you.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address is wrong, kindly email us at info@ashlemnaturals.com. If the address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
